Fiorella Marchan, 2026 - Co-Chair
Fiorella Marchan is a senior Finance and Hospitality & Tourism major from Fort Lauderdale, Fl. She is on the team as co-chair of the Career Committee with Kate Caroll. After being the Marketing Lead in the past, Fiorella is ready to leverage her experience and enthusiasm to drive the team's mission forward. Other than the career day commitee, Fiorella is also a part of the Sigma Kappa Sorority and the Isenberg Dean's Academy. In her free time, she likes to go to the beach, visit Madrid, and work out. Kate Carroll, 2026 - Co-Chair
Kate Carrol is a senior Hospitality and Tourism Management major. After being the Operations Co-Lead last year, Kate is ready to leverage her experience and enthusiasm to drive the team's mission forward. As Co-Chair, Kate works alongside Fiorella to organize weekly meetings to guide the committees throughout the process of planning and executing Career Day. Outside of career day, Kate is also the president of the UMass Women's Rugby Club and an operations supervisor at the Rec Center on campus. Elizabeth Chau, 2026 - Marketing Lead
Elizabeth Chau is a senior with a double major in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. This is Elizabeth’s first year on the committee and she’s so excited to work alongside the other members! As the Marketing Lead, she will provide companies and students with the proper information and tools for the event via the HTMCD social media and other communications. In addition to being on the committee, Elizabeth is a Co-social media chair for the HTM Ambassadors and works at Terrace Cafe. Reagan Killoran, 2028 - Marketing Member
Reagan Killoran is a sophomore Hospitality & Tourism Management major. This is Reagan's first year on the committee, and she is so excited to help put together and promote Career Day. As a marketing member, Reagan helps to promote the event through various social media platforms. Helping create the theme posts and save-the-date posts to ensure the UMass community and the attending companies have that info. Reagan is also an HTM Ambassador, a member of AHLA, and a member of the Women in Business Club. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, pilates, skiing and trying new cafes. Trinity Lubiak, 2026 - Operations Lead
Trinity Lubiak is a senior Hospitality & Tourism Management major from New Jersey. This is Trinity’s first year on the committee, and she is thrilled to be a part of this fantastic team while providing amazing opportunities for fellow students. As an Operations Lead, Trinity communicates with donors and catering staff, develops menus for the different events, and coordinates day-of volunteering, ensuring smooth operations of the events. In addition to her committee role, Trinity is the Vice President of the HTM Ambassadors and the Hyatt Student Campus Ambassador. Brielle Raymundo, 2028 - Operations Member
Brielle Raymundo is a sophomore Operations in Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management double major. This is Brielle's first year on the committee and she is so excited to work with fellow HTM students to make all our their ideas come to life. As an Operations Co-Lead, she is responsible for cultivating menus, coordinating the event with donors and staff, and executing the event on the day of. Brielle is a part of NHSM, KDC, WOI, and AHLA on campus. In her free time, she loves singing, dancing, baking with friends, and playing her guitar. Lydia Haddad, 2026 - External Relations Lead
Lydia Haddad is a senior in Hospitality & Tourism Management with a Music Performance minor. This is Lydia’s first year on the committee. In this role, she communicates with the businesses coming and helps coordinate the communication between the committee and the recruiters. She and the team also use feedback from past years to create a better experience for both the students and recruiters. Then after Career Day, Rapid Recruiting, and The Reception, she and the team will gather feedback to enhance the experience for next year. Lydia is also involved in Umass Music Ensembles, is an Isenberg Ambassador, and is a member of the Orthodox Christian Fellowship, Isenberg Global Citizens, and the Women in Business Club. Emmanuel Baczewski 2027—External Relations Member
Emmanuel Baczewski is a Business Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management double major. This is his first time on the committee, but he has spent time as an entrepreneur, starting a thrift business with two other UMass students and opening a retail store in Downtown Amherst. As a member of the External Relations team, Manny will be reaching out to company recruiters regarding Career Day, which will ensure students gain valuable industry work opportunities. Brooke Appelstein is a sophomore majoring in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. Alyssa Morello, 2027 - Career Day Ambassador
Alyssa Morello is a junior majoring in Hospitality & Tourism Management. This is her first year serving as a student ambassador, where she helps welcome prospective students, represents the program, and assists with departmental events. In addition to her ambassador role, Alyssa is also involved with the American Hotel Lodging Association and the CMAA. She enjoys going to the gym, baking, watching sports, and attending concerts. Selina Zhou is a junior majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Elizabeth Lahmann is a sophomore Hospitality & Tourism and Psychology major from Chicago, IL. This is her first year on the committee, but is very involved on campus! She is a D1 swimmer for UMass, a member of AHLA, CMAA, and NCSA, and an HTM ambassador. She enjoys fashion, thrifting, digital art, LEGOs, cooking, and interior design.
